Why do you enjoy working at RRCC?
The impact of the work that RRCC and all its amazing employees has on our communities is why I joined this incredible organization and team. The impact isn't always easily measured or loud and in our faces, but it is very profound. It shows up in powerful, quiet ways like when a family becomes more stable, the community trusts the care we provide, or the everyday moment of when a patient finally getting the care they've been putting off. To me, that intimate and often unseen impact is what makes the work of RRCC so special and unique. I'm humbled and so excited to be a part of that!
