About
Why do you enjoy working at RRCC
There is a friendship here among us that goes beyond a typical workplace due to our mission. My co-worker have a can-do attitude. Patients are glad to be served. I feel I help people every clinic day.
What impact do you feel RCC has?
Patients have superior care here; they would otherwise delay care, or seek it at an inappropriate/expensive location like Urgent Care or the Emergency Room for most health conditions.
What should people know about RRCC?
We are here to serve and support you in a facility organized as well as any other primary care clinic with staff that are caring, compassionate and capable of a high level of primary care.
What is the best thing about patient care at RRCC?
We are sensitive to the social, cultural, and emotional needs of our patients, many of whom have personal challenges including resources and language barriers. We go beyond other clinics to provide resources for those needs.
How will the FQHC status impact your patients?
This will allow us more resources to serve the under- and un-insured people of the area. For me personally, this culminates a journey has been since at least 2008.
