Why do you enjoy working at RRCC
I enjoy the opportunity to bring primary health care to our mostly uninsured patient population. Only 50% of jobs provide health insurance, and often purchasing private health insurance is cost-prohibitive.

What impact do you feel RCC has?
Our clinics have a huge impact on our communities. Without a primary care clinic, many of our patients would go without care until it’s a crisis, and then their problem is much worse and much more difficult to treat.

All of our clinic staff & administrative staff are dedicated to providing excellent care in a way patients can understand & implement in their lives.

How will the FQHC status impact your patients?
We will be able to provide primary & behavioral care to a larger group of people in Jefferson County.
